Plunet Community Update
Plunet launched a new ticket system and our interactive User Community in 2021 and it’s been a great success, especially because of our active community members and power users. We value the direct exchange between our users as well as with our Plunet team and would love to share some stats and learnings with our attendees.
Sufian Reiter
Head of Operations // Plunet
Sufian Reiter is Head of Operations at Plunet in Berlin. His main focus is the development and optimization of internal company processes. With his industry and IT expertise, Sufian also supports the product management team in topics related to the Plunet API and automation. Sufian joined Plunet in 2008 and, as US Head of Sales, played a significant role in establishing business operations in the USA. The Business Administration graduate and father of two previously worked in marketing and sales for international companies.
Sophie Halbeisen
Director of Business Development // Plunet
Sophie Halbeisen is the Director of Business Development at the Plunet office in New York. She is responsible for new customer acquisition and account management in North and South America. Sophie uses her expertise daily, advising existing and prospective Plunet customers on process automation and optimization. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Master’s degree in Finance; and has more than 10 years of professional experience in B2B sales, marketing, and consulting in the USA and Germany. Outside of Plunet, Sophie is involved in volunteer work, loves traveling, and has a great passion for the city of New York.
