The payment service used for Summit ticket sales converts € prices into the respective local currency. This ensures a convenient booking process for customers outside of the EU as well. The fees for the payment service are 1.4% + 0.25 € for European credit cards and 2.9 % + 0.25 € for non-European credit cards. They are included in the ticket price already. If you wish to use bank transfer please use the bank account information provided during the booking process. Should you have any questions related to ticket sales, etc. please contact us at summit@plunet.com.
Germany requires that we collect VAT for conference registration. The VAT rate in Germany is 19% and will be added to the ticket price.

If you cancel your registration by May 1, 2023 an administration fee of 100€ will be charged. A refund is not possible after this date.
We can’t wait to see you all in person — safely! Based on the changing nature of COVID-19, the COVID protocols for the Plunet Summit are subject to change. We recommend booking tickets with cancellation options and will continue to monitor the situation and keep attendees informed of any changes ahead of the event.
